We are happy to exchange items purchased online should the item be faulty, or in the case of clothing if the garment does not fit. We do not exchange for change of mind, and we do not issue refunds for purchases.
Please note in the case of clothing not fitting we need to be notified within 1 week of receiving the item, the item must be unworn and tags must still be attached. We are then happy to send a replacement style in a more appropriate size. Should this not be possible a store credit will be issued to the purchase value of the returned item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, or items that are no longer in stock unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault.
Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable or a credit note issued. All returns must be in original packaging and in a saleable condition. Should the packaging be damaged the return will not be accepted.

Exchanges: Return the items to be exchanged; mark the RA# on the parcel and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.
Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed.
If the item was sent via courier we expect that customers will note the poor state of the package on the delivery docket and we will claim insurance from the freight company and send a replacement stock item. If the customer signs the delivery docket they are agreeing that the goods were recieved in good order we are then unable to claim on insurance. We will not be able to replace these items.
Using your store credit:
When using a credit note please selected "credit note" as the payment option and type in your RA No: and your name. Your new items will be sent immediately.
