Buying from the Gift Registry
First log into the Gift Registry using the form above.
You will then receive a return email with a link to the website and the recipients Gift Registry.
Only those items remaining to be purchased will be shown in the gift registry.
After you purchase a gift this item will be removed from the Gift List to ensure your gift selection is not duplicated.
Purchasing your gift online:
Follow the link in the email to our website. Browse the gift list. When you have decided what you would like to purchase - click the 'Add to Cart’ button next to the image. You may then continue to shop. When you have completed your shopping you will click the check out, in the far right panel.
You will be required to complete your shipping and billing information. We are happy to ship directly to the gift recipient or to your own address. If the gift is being forwarded directly to the recipient use the Message Box to type a gift card message. Include the Gift registry number at the end of the message.
The Message Box should always include the Gift Registry Number so we can remove your gift from the registry to avoid duplication.
All gifts can be wrapped prior to delivery. Simply chose that option at the postage pull down menu. There is a special delivery price of $5.00 for gift card and wrapping, no matter how many products.
Postage on some larger items (such as prams and cots) need to be charged at a higher rate. The postage for this will be clearly displayed. We try to absorb a lot of the freight charges on these items but there may be a $25-50 charge depending on the item and the distance it needs to travel.
If you want to buy a product from the Baby Central range that is not on the Gift Registry it will be delivered to an address you enter at our normal delivery fees. (without gift wrapping).
Purchasing your gift via telephone: To purchase your gift via telephone after viewing the Gift Registry List, please ring Direct Sales on 0266523006 or from outside Australia ring +61 2 66523006, and we will be happy to assist you in person.
You will still be able to nominate whether you would like your gift delivered directly to the recipient or to your own address.
Please note: At times while the Gift Registry is open items may reduce or increase in price. We try to avoid price changes, but cannot guarantee they will not occur - you will be charged at the current price at the time of purchase. All products are also subject to availability and may temporarily appear out of stock .
If a product is out of stock on the website please call Direct Sales 02 6652 3006 they will be able to reserve the item for you.
